I am currently a senior contributor for Macworld magazine. Below is a partial list of feature articles and columns that I have written.

Bugs & Fixes: Starting with the April 2007 issue of Macworld, I began doing a monthly Bugs & Fixes column, included as part of the Mac 911 section of the magazine. Excerpts from the column appeared as separate articles at the Macworld Web site. Starting in April 2008, Bugs & Fixes appears each Friday in the Mac 911 blog at macworld.com, and later in the print magazine. I don't list individual articles here.

Other recent articles include:

iPhone Under the Hood: Carrier settings and configuration profiles [October, 2009] This online-only article delves into the mysteries of carrier settings: what they are, how to install (or custom reinstall) them, and how to modify them (and why you might want to do so). Configuration profiles come up as one way of modifying carrier settings.

Solve Printing Woes [October, 2009] This article is currently available online as three separate items. You'll find the links here.
