Key Xing   This utility allows you to launch applications, files, folders, URLs, and AppleScripts from the keyboard.
Keyboard Maestro   This is a Hot Keys, Program Switcher, and Clipboard Switcher utility all in one.
LaunchBar   An almost unbelievable utility. Accessible from your menu bar, it can find files on your drive, even if you don't remember what they are called. Just type any letters that you believe are in the name, and it will list all potential matches. For example, when I typed "aw", AppleWorks was the first program to be listed. No other software would figure that out. The program claims to improve its guesses as it learns from your selections. Of course, it can launch any applications it finds and has an option to list all currently running applications.
Launch Items X Launch Items X is a set of Mac OS X-compatible contextual menu plug-ins which allow to launch the customized applications, open web pages, open folders, or open Mac OS X documents by control-clicking on the screen.
Locator   If it's on your drive, this will find it...and quickly. It's especially useful to search for the invisible UNX files and files within packages that most other search applications miss.
Macaroni Handles regular maintenance for Mac OS X's Unix core. Normally these tasks run on a regular schedule, in the middle of the night. However if you don't leave your Mac on all night, they never run. Your Mac won't wake from sleep to handle this. Macaroni solves this problem.
MacJanitor   This runs the UNIX scripts that clean up log files etc. at night. Especially useful to use if you normally turn off your Mac at night.
Mac Pilot Easily run advanced system optimization scripts, enable hidden options and features, and even erase your tracks!

Menu Extra Enabler This will enable third-party menu extras when running Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar.
MOX Optimize   This allows you to modify several "hidden" options in Mac OS X. It combines features that otherwise might require several utilities (e.g., disable startup files, run update-prebinding, more).

It can improve system performance by tuning internet and file caching settings and by implementing ram disks. Panther Cache Cleaner can improve startup performance by eliminating duplicate or orphaned Login Items. PCC Documents and the PCC Engine can help maintain system health by providing set and forget automation of common maintenance chores.
Path Finder   Path Finder is an alternative to the Finder. It mimics both the List and Column views - but with more features. It even includes its own Show Infor window, that allows you to change permissions and type/creator settings, as do the file attribute editors listed above. SNAX even lets you delete resource or data forks from a file.
Perfboard   This utility provides an extensive readout of system performance data for Mac OS X. Areas monitored include CPU load metrics, memory statistics, network bandwidth, and disk I/O operations.
PrefEdit A utility that allows you to inspect and edit all preference (.plist file) settings for Mac OS X applications. You can also do a full-text search on all settings, or clean up unused entries of applications that have been uninstalled.
Printer Setup Repair   If you are having a problem getting printing to work, this is the utility to use. It can uninstall and reinistall printer drivers, repair print-related permissions, delete corrupt preferences and more.
